Executive Coaching Experiences At a certain level in your career, honest feedback becomes nearly impossible to find.

There is a perception that you are an expert at what you do and couldn’t possibly need input. Or, leadership teams, advisors, and chiefs of staff will attempt to protect you from the truth so as to minimize stress or ego damage. As a leader, you end up isolated and in the dark, lonely and out of touch with how you are perceived and what is needed by your people.

For you to continue your personal and professional development, to truly see how you are impacting your organization, you need a trusted place to explore the messiness of leadership.

Coaching, when done well, provides structure and a safe container to share candidly, vent difficult emotions, strategize about interpersonal challenges, and explore the many facets of leadership vision.

The Circle Up coaching style is unique and our clients find our coaching sessions to be refreshingly real. We are direct and honest with our feedback, solution-focused with our approach, and genuinely caring.

We take a limited number of executive coaching clients to maintain our high quality of service and availability. Please inquire for more details.

We take your success as personally as our own.

your adventure awaits

What to Expect

What to expect We start with horses!

We strongly encourage leaders to begin their coaching experience with a full-day horse experience. Our horses offer our most accurate assessment, and the immersion allows a jump start to the coaching process.

From there, we will have a shared understanding of career history, personal journey, leadership strengths and styles, liabilities and developmental areas, and we will have a common language for working together.

awareness & lEADERSHIP

Circle Up's training experiences—both online and in-person—will open a new and profound channel of awareness for you.

You will learn to notice the subtle shifts in energy and emotion that occur in individuals and groups so you can respond and attend to pressures or pains when you sense them.

This makes you a reliable and caring leader. You will learn to use frequent feedback and honest communication to create genuine, trusting, and stable relationships.

What Circle Up offers is different from other team-building exercises, and is also based on the way a horse lives and works. No conference rooms. No binders. No powerpoint slides. No blah blah blah.
FORBES MAGAZINE

Circle Up gathered together our group and turned us into a team! The Circle Up team (humans and horses) took our newly re-configured group—made up of people from three different countries—and gave us the opportunity to get to know each other in a completely unique way.
LAUREN PFEIFFER, ADOBE INC.

In over 35 years in Human Resources, having attended countless training sessions, I had never experienced the emotional response like the one engendered by this program. Every individual considered the program and the investment by our organization as having the highest value of any program they had ever attended.
ROBERT MCQUADE, VP HUMAN RESOURCES

Getting real-time feedback is a rare gift, and yet it's the biggest opportunity to learn about ourselves and grow. Circle Up’s program delivers just that, through the eyes of a partner who acts with total honesty and vulnerability, and without their own ego or agenda — the perfect mirror: a horse!
AMY J., GOOGLE WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP FORUM

Circle Up experiences are inspiring and challenging. And a whole lot of fun. Beth's approach informs and empowers participants. She teaches and models leadership as authenticity, and cultivates a deep respect for the unique capacity of each individual member of the herd.
EILEEN ELROD, FACULTY DEVELOPMENT

People spend lifetimes attempting to connect with themselves. One horse. One Pen. Immediate self-connection needed in order to put the horse at ease. Talk about centering. Wow!

There is nothing quite like having the privilege of working through one-on-one executive coaching with Beth Anstandig. There is an immense opportunity for personal and professional growth for anyone who chooses to embrace it.

VICTORIA CONKLIN, VICE PRESIDENT LENDING, AMERICAN AGCREDIT

In just 7 months, the work we have done with Circle Up has already strengthened our team, created safety, and given us a structure that encourages self care, vulnerability, and authenticity. It is also currently helping us to better identify developmental goals and roles that each staff member is best suited for.

MAGGIE MERRITT, STEINBERG INSTITUTE

I watched the wonderful replay with Beth Anstandig about personal and professional boundaries, she is incredible. Beth mentioned how she helps her child learn about emotions/feelings and techniques to be self-reliant. She has such great wisdom to share, and I could certainly use some help with emotions and raising two boys.
